Privacy and deletion
For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, contact us from your account email where possible. See Privacy and Data Deletion. Do not attach confidential PDFs to ordinary email.
Security reports
For a suspected vulnerability, include the affected route, safe reproduction steps, impact, and a way to follow up. Redact personal data and document contents.
Product support
For a tool failure, include browser and operating system, tool name, approximate file size and page count, and the error message. Avoid sending the document itself unless a secure upload channel is provided.
Business and partnerships
API, MCP, cloud-processing, payment, and business-workspace requests are welcome as product feedback. These capabilities are not necessarily available today and are not commitments or active integrations.
Response expectations
PDFSwipe does not promise a specific response time in this draft. We prioritize account safety, security reports, and privacy requests.
